About Us Over 50 years ago, the area churches felt that Montevideo needed a long-term care facility and formed the Luther Haven Corporation. Its purpose is to provide physical, social, emotional, and spiritual cares for their residents. It is the philosophy of Luther Haven that each person is an individual intended for a life of wholeness and our goal to provide quality care in accordance with our beliefs.
